Activities which demonstrate what stands Seco apart, really came to the forefront during the national pandemic. Activities which have become a part of the company culture include bi-weekly company communications with relaxed virtual coffee mornings hosted in the alternate weeks. We have a focus on employee well-being above for example a 'Time to Talk Day' was offered. Employees were encouraged to take time out of their working day, to ask colleagues how they really were and to really listen, 'it is ok not to be ok" was our message.

We are very comfortable being honest with each other, we talk at every meeting about feeling psychologically safe. We really take care of our employees and look out for each other. We trust and empower our employees to make Seco a fun and inspiring place to work. We hosted a virtual Christmas party in , where a pack was sent home to use in various challenges and quizzes.

Traditionally there is also the annual family day, where employees attend with their families and food, drinks and entertainment are provided. Employees are also given vouchers for their family to attend a day out at a local attraction.
